2. Delivery Timeframes

India (Domestic): 3–7 business days
International: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, local postal conditions, or peak season volumes. We will always keep you informed if there is any delay on our end.

3. Shipping Costs

All prices on Soul Of Soil are fully inclusive of delivery charges and applicable taxes. There are no hidden fees and no surprise charges at checkout. What you see is what you pay — always.

4. Order Tracking

Every order placed with Soul Of Soil is shipped with a tracking number. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your tracking details via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

If you have not received your tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us and we will look into it right away.
