2. Orders & Dispatch

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided — including your name, delivery address, and contact details — is accurate and complete. Soul Of Soil is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from incorrect information provided at checkout.

All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days of confirmed payment. You will receive an order confirmation and tracking details by email once your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide via trusted carriers including FedEx, DHL, and national postal services. We are unable to ship to countries subject to international trade sanctions or shipping restrictions.

All prices on our website are inclusive of delivery charges and taxes. No additional fees are applied at checkout.

In summary — cancellations are accepted before dispatch, and refunds are available for damaged or defective items only, provided they are reported within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

All Soul Of Soil products are handcrafted from natural terracotta clay by skilled artisan potters. Due to this handmade nature, slight variations in size, colour, texture, and finish are inherent to each piece and are not considered defects.

We do not offer warranties or product guarantees beyond the assurance of quality at the time of dispatch. Soul Of Soil is not liable for any damage caused by improper use, mishandling, accidental breakage, or failure to follow the care instructions provided.

If your item arrives damaged due to transit or manufacturing defect, please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy for the steps to raise a claim.
