The carved leaf forms create a tactile texture that makes the bottle more pleasurable to hold and more beautiful to look at. The natural terracotta body, the red band accents at neck and base, and the terracotta-toned cap give the bottle a warm, earthy aesthetic that stands apart from painted or printed designs.

Like all terracotta bottles, it works through the simple physics of porous clay: water evaporates on the surface, cooling the water inside. The clay also gradually alkalises stored water and allows trace earth minerals into every sip.
